Ordering an Everstory story is a two-step process:

Step 1 — Complete your payment. Select your product and check out securely through our website.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment.

Step 2 — Tell us about your person. Your order confirmation email will include a link to a short form where you share the details we need to craft your story — things like the recipient's name, their personality, and what makes them uniquely themselves.

Once we receive your completed form we get to work right away. Your story will be delivered to your inbox within 48 hours.

A couple of things to keep in mind — your story cannot be created until we receive your completed form, so the sooner you fill it out the sooner your story arrives. And the more detail you share the more your story will feel like it was written exclusively for your person.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a regeneration. Simply reach out to us at hello@everstorystudios.com and let us know what felt off. We'll send you your original order form so you can review and add any additional details before we begin your new story. Your regenerated story will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving your updated form.

For Storybook orders: A regeneration means a brand new story written from scratch with a completely different narrative and direction.

For Life Story orders: A regeneration means a fresh approach to telling your person's real story — a different opening, emotional angle, or structure — while honoring the same real details you provided.

What we can and can't do

We can write you a completely new story if yours didn't capture the spirit of what you shared with us.

We are not able to make specific edits to an existing story — such as changing a name, age, or detail — as each story is a complete original creative work. If there were details you forgot to include the first time your new form submission is the perfect opportunity to add them.

After your regeneration

We offer one complimentary regeneration per order. If after receiving your regenerated story you still feel it isn't right please reach out to us directly at hello@everstorystudios.com. While we are unable to offer refunds on completed custom creative orders we will work with you to find a resolution and may offer store credit toward a future Everstory order.
